EchoUs End User License Agreement

Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using the EchoUs application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EchoUs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on your personal device
• Use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes

3. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the App
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload to the App. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains personal information of others without consent
• Is spam or unauthorized advertising

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EchoUs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. You are responsible for all charges incurred through your account.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EchoUs SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EchoUs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of this Agreement.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

12. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Agreement in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
